Nathan Otto is the grandson of Bill and Vieve Gore, the visionary founders of W.L. Gore and Associates, a $3 billion family-owned company featured on the "Fortune 100 List of Best Companies to Work For" since the inception of the list. The unique culture of Gore, which empowers individuals and small teams to innovative for value creation and has been studied at all major business schools and was recently featured along with Whole Foods and Google in the book The Future of Management.
Nathan built two internet based companies from scratch and soldl them in a fifteen year career as an entrepreneur then founded a consultancy call Plenable Solutions to apply to other companies' principles of use-friendly business processed. Nathan also teaches an annual seminar to inheritors about how to align their contribution with their core values.
