Touching the edge of reality

On a daily basis my 'idea' of reality changes. As it does, I find myself letting go of those habits which made me hold tightly onto concepts and beliefs I once thought were etched in stone. Once thinking I was open minded, I have now creeped over the line and into the territory of wondering what lies beyond.
The flexibility that this shift creates is freeing, and the space I once saw as limited now opens up to an infinite horizon. Still, I find myself quickly returning to old fixed ideas that once held me captive. Their grasp is temporary, however, and I find it is easier to release my mind from the confines of their makeup.
True freedom is living in the space that allows one to 'create' on the fly, whatever reality may best serve them at any given moment. "Lunacy" you may think? "Madness?"
The truth is that no one can truly understand why it is like within the mind or life of someone other than ourselves. Try as we may to be the same, see the same, it is virtually impossible. Our thoughts create our reality and our virtual world takes shape based on what we think.
As one slips passed the hardened edges of the constructs that most live by, it may seem like a lonely and separate existance. Actually the opposite is what I've discovered for dipping into the cosmic soup where all great things originate is like coming home.
I would encourage you to slip out of your comfort zone and into a space of infinite possibility. Wonders await.
